If you haven't heard about the Zhu Zhu toy pet hamster yet, you probably will be soon since they are the hottest toy for kids this Christmas.
What the heck is a Zhu Zhu hamster? It is the latest electronic toy that looks like a hamster but has electronic programming that allows it to interact with your child and its surrounding.
The best thing about this pet is that all it requires is a set of batteries.
No food or mess to clean up.

Your hamster can run around the floor, make hamster-like noises, and if you get it a hamster fun house, it can run around to different rooms and interact and make specific sounds depending on what room it's in.
For example, if the hamster is in the bathroom, it can make flushing sounds if near the toilet or tooth brushing noises if near the sink.
While in its bedroom it can make sleeping or snoring noises as well.
The cutest thing about these hamsters is that you can get additional accessories that allow your child to have different play environments or even take it on the go with them. The best accessory is the hamster fun house since your hamster can run freely and safely and play in different rooms.
Other fun accessories include a carrier and blanket, surfboard and sleep dome, hamster wheel, ball, and skateboard and ramp, car and garage, as well as a bed.
OK, so you know about them, but where to get one? I heard you could get one at Walmart, but despite a weekly trip, have yet to see one. I saw that you can also try Walmart online, but they're sold out.
