I have heard somewhere that most of our behaviors are habitual and done without much thought.
It's sort of like we're on autopilot.
Well, I think it's time to adjust that autopilot for success! If we consciously make this adjustment then our habits will begin to automatically serve us, rather than us blindly serving them.
The first thing we need to do in order to program ourselves for success is to create a Mission Statement where we write down our goals and behaviors of the kind of person we want to be. Next, we read our newly written Mission Statement every morning when we get up and every night before we go to bed with enthusiasm and determination! Eventually, the concepts, behaviors, and habits of the type of person we want to be will be in our head and dominate our thoughts.
We will eventually transform into that successful person that we have been visualizing.
Consequently, turning into that type of person will automatically reward us with much success and many of the good things that successful people usually enjoy!
As a positive cause and effect factor to following the advice above and creating a mission statement, and then personally owning it, we'll eventually develop the habits to live a higher quality of life.
Our success will seem automatic, almost like we were now on autopilot to succeed! Failure will be a thing of the past because our minds and bodies will have what super athletes call muscle memory.
The magic of this muscle memory is that when we come to the pivotal moments in our life, our body and brain will automatically know what to do without us even thinking about it! We will perform the winning behaviors without hesitation and we won't sabotage ourselves by over-thinking it.
Why does this happen? It happens because our body and brain feel like they have already done this task successfully thousands of times before.
It just feels natural now to perform in the ways we visualized thousands of times before.
Our Mission Statement has caused our brain and body to be conditioned to win!
Now teens, and tweens, go learn, lead, and lay the way for a better world for all of us.
Create a written Mission Statement that will help you design the kind of high quality life that you really want and deserve.
Read your written Mission Statement every day out loud and with emotion as you visualize it in great detail. And once again, thanks in advance for all that you do, and all that you will do.
